Great customer service. They were so busy but answered all my questions and treated this novice gardener like family. They have an unfussy guarantee that they stand by. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I must say the staff at McKay is exceptional. We no more than picked out our tree and while I was paying staff had it loaded into my truck, perfectly secured for the 45 minute drive home. While paying the staff answered all our questions about the tree and several questions/ suggestions about our house plant issues and we left walking on cloud nine. Wow, exceptional service and wonderful experience.

Our recent visit to McKay Garden Center - Oregon was exceptional, largely thanks to the outstanding assistance from Collin. He went above and beyond, not only helping us find the perfect tree but also meticulously loading it into our truck and ensuring it was securely tied and wrapped for safe transport. The nursery has a great variety, but Collin's expertise and helpfulness truly set this visit apart. Highly recommend checking them out.

I bought 8 bare roots EngelMen Ivy from their website. They came well packed, no visible damage. While it's always a bit scary to buy bare roots, as you don't know if the plant will really come "back to life", all of the plants did come up in spring. They have been planted for about 8 months. It didn't rain much this year and the summer has been extremely hot, but they're doing very well. I couldn't stand how bright and painful to the eyes our boring white vinyl fence looked, so I put up some trellis and wires between each of them. I am forcing the vines to grow horizontally on the wires. While they managed to put some tendrils on the vinyl fence, some did fall off and the wires will give them proper support to grow on the fence eventually. It takes time to grow, but I am quite impressed by how well they grew in not even a whole season yet! I bought other plants from McKay nursery and I would definitely recommend them, as the plants all look great :)

Large and lovely nursery! I found a nice, healthy, much sought-after Montmorency cherry tree in August. Just what I wanted! Prices are competitive.
